1. Eligibility

Misuse AI-generated outputs in a deceptive or harmful manner

4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload (“User Content”), including notes, reminders, and contact data.
By using Haloop, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely to:
Provide and operate the Services
Enable AI-powered features
Improve reliability and performance
We do not claim ownership of your content.
5. AI Features & Limitations
Haloop includes AI-assisted features (e.g. suggestions, drafts, summaries).
You acknowledge that:
AI outputs are informational and assistive, not professional advice
AI may generate inaccurate or incomplete results
You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use AI-generated content
Haloop is not liable for actions taken based on AI outputs.
6. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. calendars, messaging tools).
Haloop is not responsible for:
Third-party services’ availability or accuracy
Their privacy practices or terms
Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
7. Subscription, Fees & Payments (If Applicable)
Some features may require payment.
If you purchase a subscription:
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law
Pricing and plans may change with notice
Failure to pay may result in loss of access to paid features
8. Termination
You may stop using Haloop at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms
Required by law
The Services are discontinued
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
9. Intellectual Property
All Haloop trademarks, logos, software, and design elements are owned by Haloop or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Haloop is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding:
Accuracy or reliability of AI outputs
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Suitability for specific purposes
Use the Services at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haloop shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Decisions made based on AI-generated content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the past 12 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haloop from any claims arising from:
Your misuse of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your User Content
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated through the app or website.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
